Do you conduct inspections before shipping?
Yes, all goods undergo Material Testing Certificate (MTC) testing before shipment, and we also take videos and photos of samples taken during production and in the warehouse. On-site quality verification is also welcome.
How do you handle after-sales complaints or quality issues?
Each order will be assigned a dedicated account manager to provide professional after-sales service support. In the event of a claim, we will assume corresponding responsibility and provide compensation according to the contract.
Can we get some samples? Any charges?
If we have stock, we can provide samples, but the customer will need to pay for the shipping cost. All sample fees will be refunded after you place an order.
